Leadership

Every member is encouraged to become actively involved to garner the full benefits of the Association.  Below are the active committees:

• Alliance– responsible for annual sponsors who support the commercial industry. Chair: Katie Corrie, First & Early Partners
• Education–provides a wide variety of continuing and general education courses specifically focused to the commercial practitioner. Chair: Bailey Patrick, Jr, MPV Properties
• Grievance– serves as a “grand jury” for complaints on ethics violations and arbitration on contractual issues to determine if a complaint warrants referral to the Professional Standards Committee. Chair: Pete Frandano, MECA Commercial Real Estate
• Leadership Development– builds the future leaders of commercial real estate by coordinating the Leadership Class, supports the Young Professionals Network, and cultivates relationships with local universities through scholarship and grant opportunities. Chair: Ross Howard, JLL
• Legislative– works to increase member awareness about legislative and regulatory actions that impact the commercial real estate industry as well as raising funds for the RPAC and CRE-PAC. Chair: Paisley Gordon, CPG Real Estate, Inc.
• Membership– focuses on attracting and retaining members, facilitating participation, and formulating marketing and social media efforts. Chair: Robert Settle, Commercial Carolina
• Professional Standards– oversees arbitrations and disputes relating to the ethical conduct of REALTORS®. Chair: Pete Frandano, MECA Commercial & River Sound, Inc. 
• Programs– plans business networking activities for key industry connections between members. Chair: Andi Peretsman, Fenton Property Group, LLC
